Kathleen Rider Foursomes: Report & Results
Thursday 13th June 2024 - Royal Eastbourne-Devonshire

We were pleased to welcome 45 clubs and 180 ladies in the Kathleen Rider Foursomes Inter Club Competition today at Royal Eastbourne Golf Club. The day was cold, dry and clear and there was a challenging wind which got stronger during the day.  The course was beautifully prepared with fast greens which presented some challenges.
 

Our thanks go to Gary Brockwell golf manager, lady captain Di Crichton and all the Eastbourne ladies who helped make the day successful and enjoyable. The flower arrangements in the clubhouse were beautifully arranged by Royal Eastbourne’s Su Htoon and were admired by everyone.

Results
Our congratulations to the winners of the Kathleen Rider Memorial Cup. Results were: 

• 1st place: Seaford Golf Club with 66 points

• 2nd place: Ashdown Golfers with 63 points.
• 3rd place: Mannings Heath with 62 points on count back from Highwoods.
